Hello everyone, my name is Nakita Lachnit, I’m the owner of Kita’s Clean & More located in Crofton, BC. I have been servicing customers in Cowichan Valley since 2020. I provide an excellent detailed cleaning service, you will not be disappointed with my work ethic.

What We Provide
Standard Cleaning
Standard Cleaning Duties: Dusting, spot clean surfaces, vacuuming, and mopping.
Deep Cleaning
Deep Cleaning Duties: Dusting, disinfecting countertops/cabinets, detail exterior of fridge/stove, disinfect bathrooms, and vacuum/mop floors.
Interior of fridge, stove, and windows/blinds are normally not included within the deep clean. I find having these services separated gives me time to really focus on the detail.
Move In / Out Cleaning
This service gets your home or apartment move in/out ready with a full cleaning that includes walls, cabinets and other areas you haven't cleaned since you moved in/out.
After Event Cleaning
After Event Cleaning Duties: Take down any decorations present, remove and properly empty any trash or debris from the surroundings, wipe down all surfaces and furniture, disinfect restrooms, and vacuum/mop floor’s thoroughly.
Office & Break Room Cleaning
Office & Break Room Duties: Dusting picture frames, window sills, computer monitors, and baseboards. Disinfecting doorknobs, keyboards and the computer mouse. Disinfect counters/cabinets, wipe down/detail the fridge, microwave and windows, wipe tables and chairs, and vacuum in between cushions. Dry Mop, Vacuuming carpets, and mopping floors.
Dog Walking Service
Are your furry home co-workers getting the walks they need?
Just because you’re at home and not in the office doesn’t mean you can grab the leash at any time to go for a walk. I can help you!
House Sitting
If you need time to travel, go out for the night, need someone to watch the animals, or you need to go get those shoes you’ve always wanted but the kids are crabby and don’t want to go out. I am here and ready for whatever you got going on!
Interior Car Detailing
Interior Car Detailing: Interior detailing involves cleaning the inner parts of a vehicle. Some of the components found in the interior include leather, plastics, vinyl, carbon fiber plastics and natural fibers. To clean the interior, different techniques such as spot cleaning and vacuuming are used.

Cancelation Policy

I ask that you please provide me with 24 hours notice of cancellation for any appointment. There will be a 25% cancellation/no-show fee added to your next appointment if this does happen.
Holiday Policy
For holidays I do charge time and a half.
